Chesley Homecoming 2025 is a volunteer steering committee formed to organize the homecoming weekend in 2025. The steering committee is supported by several sub committees and a small army of dedicated volunteers.
We were privilaged to be asked to cook 550 orders of Cod Fish for the Friday evening dinner,
We received great feedback at the event, and a member of the steering committee left the following review;

We hired Culinary Catering to serve us at the Celebration of Life for my Mother. They did an excellent job and I can`t thank them enough.
Jennifer was prompt and thorough in her communications beforehand, gave me a phone call 3 days before the event to touch base and ensure they were doing everything we wanted and iron out final details and the team showed up on time and needed very little direction while at our event. They cleared tables and cleaned everything up perfectly before they left the hall.
To top it all off, the food was excellent and they happily worked around the food allergy and sensitivities that some of our guests had.
I highly recommend this crew for your next event.

I attended an event catered by Culinary Catering. I was very impressed by the food,but even more so by the caterers.They were well presented and professional, but they went out of their way to make sure all guests had a good portion/serving,and took the time to speak to each customer as they were being served. It is amazing how far a simple "how are you today" can go.They showed interest in their customers,and that brought the level of customer service above and beyond in my opinion. I would recommend this catering company for your next event for sure.

HI had Mike and his team cater an event. The experience was nothing but great. They were very easy to work with. It wasn't a big event or formal but they had no problem taking it on. They were able to meet in person and go through menu options. I was concerned that I would have to clean/serve because it was a buffet style. I can honestly say they stepped up to the plate and we're able to take my worries away. I know they just recently started catering and wasn't sure how the food was going to be. When it came time for the event, the food was amazing. Lots of compliments from people who attended. Most of the guests were from different parts of Ontario and Mike now has them convinced that Bruce County has the best roast beef. I would highly recommend having them cater an event.
Went to an event catered by Culinary Catering in Port Elgin. Excellent food, very efficient operations, kind staff. Highly recommend for any event.

A Wedding Fish Fry

Mike and Brian did a phenomenal job on our fish fry for our 150 person wedding in August 2023. The assortment of fish we had was incredible and were so well prepared and very well organized, the fish fry was absolutely mouthwatering that the next day I called them how thankful we were.
Great folks to keep you updated and all negotiation beforehand went smoothly up to the date. We were so pleased and happy with the outcome of the food to this day we still get our guests talking about how good the fish fry was at our wedding and where we got the caterers. I highly recommend them to any event facility or future weddings to any bride. Guests will absolutely love this tag team. “As an 86 year old senior I still want to host family Thanksgiving and Christmas. Culinary Catering Inc.’s Reserve-A-Bird fully cooked and carved dinners allows me to still host family dinners. I do not have to grocery shop, cook the dinner or clean up! I get to spend precious time with my family. I have told many of my older friends and extended family about being able to have my son pick up these fully cooked carved dinners and bring them over to my home. I just call and book my pick up time. So simple. Highly recommend!

“ When we were looking for a caterer for a son’s wedding, we talked to several. But after talking to Mike and the staff, we knew culinary catering would be our first choice. They sat down with our son and daughter-in-law to understand their meal expectations, even in offering to ensure the meal with gluten free to meet the requirements of a few guests.
It’s safe to say they knocked it out of the park! Food was served hot, and was enjoyed by everyone at the Wedding.
